Making a difference in Coventry

BY david

Over the years, Stef & Philips have worked on many projects that we are very proud of, Caradoc Hall in Coventry, is one. It can house 103 families and individuals in need.

From start to finish, this project took two years to complete.  The building required extensive work to be carried out, involving a complete internal refurbishment and installing an integrated sprinkler system throughout the building.

Working closely with Coventry City Council, we were able to provide a practical solution, which represents a high standard living experience for families and individuals in housing need and best value for money to the council.

Upon opening in December 2019, we worked in collaboration with local food banks and local charities to help provide tenants with food and household essentials.

The work continues and has grown from strength to strength. The response from the council has been overwhelmingly positive:

A massive thank you from myself and the housing and homeless service for a fantastic first (and of course very challenging) year.  Martin Donovan, Housing and Homelessness Operational Lead – Property

This is just one of many positive projects that help to underline Stef & Philips commitment to try and help end homelessness.
