Great, fast and reliable service, also very friendly. Plus, I have to say that mr Wojciech and his team co-worker did a really good job with the issues which I had! On top of that Serena, my Housing Officer, is looking after me and the property. Many thanks to all of you. After hard times from my council I can say that I'm glad and I'm at home (even if it is only temporary accommodation) and there are people who are looking after me!

Stef & Philips have shown more care and consideration to me than my own council. The unit provided was perfectly adequate and of good order. Both Glenn and Janine were very helpful and of a kind nature, which is really refreshing this day and age and were considerate of my situation.
