Our Housing Officers are your first point of contact during your stay in our temporary and emergency accommodation. You will first meet them at move in when they will show you around and help you get settled. Our Housing Officers visit their dedicated properties weekly to perform occupancy checks and maintenance and repair inspections to ensure all aspects of your accommodation are well looked after. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Our highly experienced multi-skilled maintenance engineers embed quality in everything they do. They are on hand to respond to maintenance emergencies and will carry out any repairs or ongoing work in your home. The team provides 24-hour support 7 days a week and are committed to resolving all issues quickly and efficiently.

Utilities & Council Tax Team

Our dedicated and experienced team are here to help you manage and understand your utility and council tax bills including how to understand and apply for eligible discounts. They will also carry out gas and electrical checks to ensure your home is running efficiently and is compliant.
